What do I love most about your classes ?
apart from the fact that you set the mood beautifully for both yin and yang with the best music & sound system … you have challenged me & my body to push further at every class.
My very first yin class ended with us lying in savasana.
( the block between my shoulder blades & arms outstretched)- felt like I had just had the deepest massage , so relaxed it was amazing !
The day after my first yang class with you my arms ached from the repeated chattaranga and I loved it from then on - fast paced, dynamic and intense …
Overall I love the explanation of the ‘how & why‘ it’s so good for us , the way you gently check on us all in the yin class , ensuring we get the most out our practice.
You are like a breath of fresh air, burst of energy & you make it fun !
