Ashtanga Fusion is a physically demanding sequence designed to create heat and maximize energy flow, improve flexibility and develop muscular strength in the body, increase circulation and get the heart and lungs working together.
We will work with the tradition sequence some weeks and change it up to FUSION other weeks. Starting the class with soft movement then working into a dynamic flow inspired by ashtanga elements and create a varied and dynamic practice combining different disciplines.
Is a slow gentle practice done mainly on the floor or reclined, holding posture
for extended periods of time.
It targets your physical, mental and emotional body.
Opening and unfolding the body your soft mindful breath will take you naturally deeper into your posture on your exhale.
Yin centers on stretching and lengthening deeper connective tissues, lubricating the joints and stimulating the nervous system which controls the body’s ability to relax
find your edge, be still, hold and let gravity take over and enjoy the meditative quality yin offers. All levels welcomes.
